it's sensational not a single complaint. every hotel should be this. Staff breakfast pool cleanliness just sensational. I wish I could take this place with me on the road.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I knew I was in for something special. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere far exceeded my expectations. Check-in & Staff: The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They offered complimentary refreshments and even gave helpful tips about local attractions and restaurants. Every staff member I encountered throughout my stay was professional, friendly, and eager to help without ever being intrusive. Room: My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the linens were crisp and luxurious. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—plush robes, high-quality toiletries, and a handwritten welcome note. The view from my balcony was stunning and made for the perfect morning coffee spot. Amenities: The hotel offers top-tier amenities. The pool area was serene and well-maintained, the fitness center had everything I needed, and the spa was truly world-class—one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a highlight: exceptional cuisine, creative cocktails, and an elegant atmosphere. Location: The hotel’s location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk or drive from key landmarks, shopping areas, and cultural sites. Whether I wanted to explore the city or unwind, it was the perfect base. Final Thoughts: It isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a full experience. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Great location! Convenient to Reading and surrounding areas. The staff are truly amazing and dedicated to their jobs. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless and inviting. The breakfast service offered a huge variety. Thank you for an awesome stay!! See you soon.

We visited on a Saturday night in late June 2025. We arrived in a giant rain storm. Luckily we were the only ones checking in so we had plenty of room to unload everything at the front doors. We got room 218, a 2 queen bed standard. There was actually quite a large amount of space when we entered. Wish they had used it to make the bathroom larger. There was a lot of wasted space. The mini fridge was in a little cabinet sitting under a shelf by the front door. There was a tiny microwave as well. The bathroom was very small and you couldn't open the door while sitting on the toilet. Definitely a 1 person bathroom. On the bright side the shower was clean and had a nice sliding glass door. There was a lot of open space that could've been used for more storage or table and chair but it was just open floor space. The lighting was average int he room. No light over bed post but there was one over the closet. There were only 2 hanger hooks on the wall though. TV was fine and had standard channels. The desk light was one that high light go up and downward facing. The kids did get a little time to use the pool but I forgot to take pictures. I think there were too many people there when we arrived. The gym was larger than most Holiday Inns we've stayed at. There was a market store in the front lobby for snacks and drinks. I think they had frozen dinners and ice creams too. The breakfast was pretty standard for Holiday Inn Express. It was a smaller than normal eating area and there were a lot of people. Almost every table was filled. They do have the new touch screen coffee machines but I my wife says they still don't taste great. I did notice a lot of items missing from the yogurt/milk fridge. The other food was great and they were refilling it periodically. Overall for the price we paid this was a good stay. Not much to complain about. We would probably stay here again if we were in the area.

Clean hotel with good staff, anything I needed I could ask for and they would help me out. Breakfast buffet is great, lots of selection and the food tastes fresh. The rooms are nice for the price, however, we wish the pool/hot tub were not closed for our entire stay. And the rooms definitely need new heaters/coolers because the heat smells like burnt hair.

We just left here today after spending 3 nights. Our whole trip we were met with amazing staff, especially Mercedes, who was there all 3 nights and was very helpful and friendly. Very clean and spacious room and we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We will definitely use this hotel again on our next trip to the area.

The rooms are clean and comfy.The staff is great and always willing to help. Pool and jacuzzi are very relaxing. Hot breakfast in the morning , sausage gravy and biscuits are delecious. I chose this over any hotel in berks county!

I had several rooms for my father’s funeral reserved here. The staff was very friendly and professional. The property was just renovated and looked beautiful. We loved that everything was new. The breakfast and pool were both great, and everything about our stay was perfect! We will definitely stay here again and bring our friends and family here every time we need rooms!
